Homepage unwated automatic redirect

Please help:
My IE home page is getting automatically redirected to a
site named COOL-SEARCH.NET. I have tried changing the home
page in Settings,Control Panel, Internet Options, General
tab, Home page, but nothing. It works for several trys but
then it changes to COOL-SEARCH.NET.

I know the problem is in the registery but I don't know
where or what to do. Can some one help me.

Will it help if I post my phone number???
