Homepage selection greyed out

Under Internet Options, the Home page box is greyed out, not allowing me to make any changes. I don't think it's been hijacked as the current home page is the one that I had selected
Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Do you have Spybot Search and Destroy installed? If you do click immunize on
the left..scroll down and see if the lock home page option is checked.
