Homepage reverts to (about:blank)????

Help

My home page keeps reverting to about:blank. I have down
loaded adware and spybot but did not fix the problem any
help??
 
In Internet Explorer, go to tools>Internet options> the first tab shuld show your homepage...you can change it there.

Yea, thanks, but.... I have changed it and hit apply,(to
save) but when I reboot internet...it reverts to about
blank......help!
