Homepage problem

I've read about the fixes in other microsoft forums. I already had spybot on my computer and it is updated. My homepage keeps on getting hijacked. Which by the way, I've downloaded the Hijacked software. It keeps on relocating my homepage to www.start-space.com. Please help....
 
Install and run CWShredder. Did it for me.
