The webpage "alfa-search.com/home.html" overrides my
homepage everytime after I reboot.

I'd sugest getting the great (and free) adAware and giving the box a spring
clean. Sounds like you've picked up something.

Congratuilations, you got a parasite on your disk.
Thats why it change after every reboot.

Take a Firewall to see which application tries to connect
to the internet. Then remove the parasite complete.

Are you sure you have the absolute latest version, with the latest program definitions? New hijacker
programs can't be removed with the older definitions, so make sure it's up-to-date.

Try searching the registry for the text found in the
homepage line in your Internet Explorer options. It may
not be the same as what actually shows on your homepage so
copy and paste it into the registry Find box. Delete every
single reference that you find. There'll probably be a lot
of them. That did the trick for a buddy of mine who
encountered this problem running XP Home Edition. Don't
know about ME.
