Homepage is locked

My homepage has become locked so I cannot change it.
When I try to change internet settings from MS Explorer I
get a "See network administrator" message but I am the
administrator on my computer..

Can anyone help!

Have you installed any "security software" lately? Homepage
hijacking has become an issue so security software has been
released to block un-authorized changes. (SpyBot Search and
Destroy has such a feature, on the immunize page)
