G'day

I've been told that CrazyBrowser (my IE-clone of choice) is just as
vulnerable to homepage hijacking as IE. Well, I'd like to test it.
Can anyone direct me to some web sites that attempt to hijack my
homepage in IE so that I can visit these sites with CB to test it?
No, I'm not crazy.

Thanks in advance

I dunno why any responsible ANTI virus person would direct you to
malicious sites. There are IE vulnerability POC (Proof Of Concept)
exploits on the web which demonstrate the vulnerabilities, but they
are written in such a way that they are not malicious. You can Google
them up if you're interested in that sort of thing.

Why not just use a good tabbed browser that's completely independent
of IE such as Firefox, K-Meleon, Opera and Mozilla? If you want a
really tiny browser that works well and is independent of IE, try Off
By One (OB1).

Crazy Browser, Avant, Maxthon, NetCaptor and some others are
IE-shells. That is - they are based on IE, using the same IE-engine
and there they are vulnarable in the same way IE is.

Firefox is slooooow. K-Meleon is not tabbed (well, perhaps the latest
version is tabbed but it crashes upon installation). I use Opera by
default but I need another browser for stuff that break on Opera.
Mozilla is sloooow.

I'll give OB1 a try, thanks (pity it has no JavaScript, though).

Firefox is slooooow. K-Meleon is not tabbed (well, perhaps the latest
version is tabbed but it crashes upon first run; the earlier versions
of K-Meleon did work and they were quite nice for a non-tabbed
browser). I use Opera by default but I need another browser for stuff
that break on Opera. Mozilla is sloooow.

Try Avant Browser...............light and easy, very configurable too.
