Homepage - HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whenever i connect to the net, my homepage always changes
and never stays the same. i need help in stopping this
as my computer is downloading bad shit of these websites
and its buggering up my computer. any soultions, please
post them to me.

Do you have an up to date anti-virus program, and have you
run a full scan on your computer lately?
