Home xp....system administrator has suddenly appeared!!

A lot of people use this home computer. I set this dell
up and do not remember using a password other than for
bellsouth for fast access! For some reason system
administrator has been activated and I'm at a loss. I
can't download, or uninstall,...anything!! I can't
defrag, use any new softwear....!! I guess I do not have
to explain it to you. I'm crippled and my computer is
runnign slower and slower.
