"Home" won't go home.

I am running Word 2003 SP3 with Microsoft multimedia keyboard 1.0A

Recently, I suspect since the SP3 update, I am unable to use the Home
key to get the cursor to the start of the line. The End key functions
normally.

Shift/Home will select to the start of the line.

Where do I correct that?

In Word take a look under Tools/Options/General and make sure both WP
options are turned off: WP Help and WP Navigation.
