Home Premium Activation problem...

I purchased my Acer laptop tonight with Vista Home Premium pre-loaded.
CompUSA, however, did not give me the password to get into the system (it was
the display model).

I re-installed Vista from the disk provided, but did not have a product key
provided. Now, I am not able to actiave my system because I have no product
key. The one found in the System Info does not work. Phone and internet
activation have not worked either.

Any ideas? Suggestions?
