THere is a freeware called Browser Hijack Blaster, you

can get it at PC world.com. Just do a search at their
download page....

when a small window appears that asks you to change your
homepage do not pick the "no" button. use alt+ctl+del
combo to close the browser. here are two sites that will
ask to change your homepage:
www.i-love-cats.com
www.i-love-dogs.com
