Open internet explorer go to tools up top, scroll down to internet options,
under general tab, under the heading of temp internet files, click on delete
files and hit ok, then click on delete files again and put a check mark in
the box and hit ok, then delete cookies,Next change home page, to

at the bottom you will need to click on default level, next hit local

back to normal, and make sure there is a check mark in internet exp should

Close Internet explore and reopen if the problem still exists go back to
internet options and under security tab default the four icons.
