Whenever I log on my Home Page automatically defaults to res://mshp.dll/index.html#37049. I use the tools-internet options-change home page option to change it, but everytime I sign on, I get the aforementioned url. I don't want it and need to know how to get rid of it forever. I have even tried HackThis, but nothing works. Any suggestions

This is commonly the result of a brower hijacker parasite. Here are the
steps I have found most efficient for identifying and cleaning these. (I see
you've done some of the steps, but not all - and the sequence does matter
sometimes - yes, HijackThis is likely to solve the problem if the earlier
steps in my list don't.)
