Dan, you have to go to TOOLS >ADVANCED TOOLS >BROWSER
HIJACK SETTINGS RESTORE and set the IE Start (Home) Page
for the URL that YOU want it to be. It will then stay
that way and not allow it to be changed.....
[It's probably set at a "default" URL.]
