home page won't refresh

I use myyahoo as my home page and have IE set to refresh
every 15 min. It used to work fine. Now it will not
refresh automatically and if I am not using the computer
it drops offline (I have cable modem, always on). If I
click the refresh button then it does refreshe. I use
Zone Alarm for virus protection. I don't think anything
has changed that would cause this. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks
