home page taken over, HELP!

somehow globeal-finder.com took over my home page.....AND when i go to
tools to set home page, that part is grayed out and disable!

please help!

Unzip and follow the prompts, please close all instances of
IE & OE first.

i have spybot...adn updated it and ran it...and still i cant change my home
page...that section is disabled

Disable SpyBot's "immmunize" section.

I have tried this solution and so far I believe it has
worked. It also took care of a pop-up that was occuring
on 2 spicific pages that I often visit. There was a pup-
up that would appear and keep coming back. Then another
pop-up that would ask you to download their software. All
are gone. Thanks for the help.
