How do I make a certain page my default settings on my homepage.Each time I
click on default settings some page I've never seen before gets applied
which I can change but when I restart the computer the page I changed comes
back.
 
If you click "Use Default," then IE will use the default home page for IE as
set in XP's standard setup.

In order to set another site as your Home Page, navigate to that page, go to
Tools, select Internet Options and click "Use Current." If the "Apply"
button becomes active, click Apply and OK.

The problem may be due to a spyware.

Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system and eliminate
the malware products. Re-apply the above fix if necessary.
** Remember to update the pattern file using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware **
