Home Page set by website uncancellable!

Hello,

I went to a website and it managed to change my home page
to its front page (I didn't ask for anything, but ok).
The real problem is I can't access the Internet Explorer
option that normally allows me to modify this. How do
they do it? And more importantly, how do I get rid of it?

First eliminate any scumware.
