You have enabled the following options in SpyBot ?: [Tip from MVP Mike
Burgess]
"Lock IE start page against user changes"
If so, this is normal.
Remove IE Restrictions. Download a fix from:
http://mvps.org/sramesh2k/reg/IE_reset_restrictions.reg
The problem may be due to a spyware. Download Ad-Aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system and eliminate the malware products.
Re-apply the above fix if necessary. * Remember to update the pattern file
using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware *

When I go to tools/internet options, the area where you choose your home
page will do nothing. When I click on it-- it just stays grey. I can't
change anything in this area. How can I get this option back?????? Please
