You have been hijacked. There is a free version of AdAware that works well if you
make sure that you update it before running it which you can do from within the
program.

There are more and more sophisticated hijacks being used. You should run AdAware ad
least twice. If you find the you have a Cool Web hijack that keeps reappearing, you
will have to use more advanced methods as described in the link below which may
require help from more advanced users. The fellow who wrote CWShredder, recently
stopped supporting and updating his product but it still may be worth a try. ---
