home page problem

every time i go on to my home page, it has been 'hijaked', and a different page is displayed. how do i return to my default without it returning to the 'hijaked' page everytime i turn my computer on? Thanks

Go to the tools menu on your browser and scroll down to
internet options and click it. Under the general tab
make sure your homepage is typed in there. If it isn't
type it in and click current and click apply at the
bottom. Hope this helps, dv..

I had a similar problem caused by malware called "Xupiter".....Download a
program called "Spybot " which gets rid of it & other spyware.
