Home Page is Not a Full Screen

Just purchased a Dell 4600 which had Windows XP pre-
installed. On my "Home Page" I cannot get a full screen
display. Have tried "View, & selected largest" no change.
when I am brousing the I'net I have a full page. Problem
only with "Home Page"
Can anyone help???
