Home Page Hijacked

My home page is my.msn.com. After installing Defender, the Malicious Program
Tool keeps reporting that my home page has been hijacked and I have to reset
it. This never happened before installing Defender.

My security is Defender, Ad-aware, Spybot, Counter spy (paid), Norton AV,
Zone Alarm and a hardwire firewall. All on XP Pro. All definitions are up to
date.

This only happens the very first time I access my home page each day.
 
OK - I see that I get a system event log entry like this one:
