home page, favorite folders

I cannot clean/delete certain (gambling, hot, search, XXX,
morgage) folders from my favorite folder; also a cannot
set my home page to what I want???
How it can be done? I can take it any more. Help.

CORRECTION: I cannot take it any more.
 
First priority: Download CWShredder and run it.
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip
[Removes all CoolWebSearch variants]

Then, download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system. Update Ad-Aware pattern files using WebUpdate feature.

I used SpyBot S&D, Erasers...
but still I cannot clean it. It's tough one.

Use CWShredder and Ad-Aware [update it]

1. Start Ad-Aware.
2. In the main screen, Click [Check for Updates] [Connect] and download the latest pattern file if available. and click Finish
3. Click Start | Next (System will now detect the spyware)
4. After the scan is finished, click "Next"
5. Select all the items (checkboxes)
NOTE: Right click on any object in the "Scan result" list and choose [Select all objects]"
6. Click Next and click OK to confirm spyware removal.
