HOME PAGE ERROR PLEASE HELP

For some reason, no matter how many times i set my
internet explorer homepage to a particular website
through the internet options menu, the page eventually
switches to some unwanted webpage,(www.globalfinder.com).
I Hate seeing this page. How can I fix it?

Global-Finder (CoolWebSearch spyware). This is a trojan/spyware that hijacks
Internet Explorer start and search settings to one of several different web
sites
