Hi:

Your help is much appreciated! I have installed all the
parts (linksys) for a home wireless network between a
laptop (XP) and a PC (W2000). Both can "See" and share
the internet connection. Access, signal strenght is
great. Both computers are within the same workgroup.
Neither computer can "see" the other. The XP gives me the
following error when trying to find computers in the
workgroup:

Workgroup is not accessible. You might not have
permission to use the network resource. Contact the
administrator of this server. THe list of serves for this
workgroup is not currently available.

Once I did get a log in prompt for the "other computer"
and did manage to add files remotely. Never again.

Can anyone suggest what might be going on here?

you need create same users on both laptop and PC, the
problem you encountered is the authentication.
