Home Network

I have just installed XP and am trying to setup a home network. After going through all the steps in the wizard, when I click on "view Network Computers" I get an error message saying the "name of network" is not available, that I may not have permission to use this network and that I need to contact the administrator. Not trying to be funny, but where is this "administrator"?
 
You are the administrator . remember during setup of the OS you were asked to create a password for the account ?
