With a hub connected directly to a cable modem you have 4 Internet
connected computers (hopefully they all have firewalls and you are not
sharing files over the Internet) and no computers on your LAN. In fact you
do not have a LAN. With the hardware you have you must connect a computer
to the modem and the hub to a second NIC on that computer then use ICS on
the computer to allow each of the hub connected computers to access the
internet through the ICS computer. You then will have a LAN and Internet. A
better solution would be to replace your hub with a router.

You are one of a few if you are getting 4 IP addresses from the cable
company. Usually they charge extra for each IP address over 1.

If you check your ip address and subnet on each of your computers as you
have them currently connected you probably will observe that they are not
all in the same subnet. That is why you do not have a LAN.

.
I miss-spoke! I actually have a router, not a hub
connected to the modem.

Basic things to check include:
1. Same workgroup on all computers
2. Same and correct subnet on all computers.
3. All computers set to get ipaddress automatically.
4. Turn off all firewalls until troubleshooting is completed
5. Is the default gateway pointing to your router?
6. Do all computers have an ip address similar to 192.168.0.x?

Post result of ipconfig/all or winipconfig.
Can you ping each computer from each other?
