I have run the home network wizard on 2 computers that
are running windows xp. when i click the tab to view
workgroup computers I get the message my workgroup is not
accessible. you might not have permission to use this
network resource.contact the administrator of this server
to find out if you have access permissions.

the list of severs for this workgoup is not currently
available.

This message appears on both computers
 
I also have the same problem. I occurred after I
installed some software onto the PC. It's almost as if
any system changes will totally through the permissions
out of whack. My experience in the past has been that
you will need to identify the software that has changed
your access. Probably somewhere a switch is set to
secure your network.

My problem is I just can't find it.
