Have a printer on one machine out of 4 on my home
network. When I try to add this as a network printer I am
asked for the user name and password of the machine with
the printer. Fine for setting it up but everytime I want
to print (for the first time only) I have to log on
again. How can I allow the other 3 computers to print
without login on to said machine everytime?

Create all user accounts & passwords identically on all workstations.

Is that in local users and groups? How do I go about the
changes? Also I would like to keep the account names and
passwords different as one is my brothers computer the
other my fathers with there own passwords. Is your
suggestion the only way?

Yes that is in local users and groups. Highlight the "Users" folder
then from the Action menu chose "New User..."

The other users will keep their own names and passwords. All you are
doing is adding yourself as a user on the machine that has the printer
attached to it. Your name and password MUST BE identical to what you
have on your workstation.
