Hi, I have a problem.
I have Alcatel SpeedTouch 510i v.4. and 3 computers at
home. From all of them I can do everything on internet.
If ICF is on, I don't see each other, if is turn off, I
see each other. Do I need use ICF? If yes, how?

Thank you.

What you want is a firewall on your outgoing and incoming
Internet connection. You do not want a firewall on your
internal network connection because it blocks file and
printer sharing. If you have only network adapter in each
machine turning on ICF will block printer and file sharing.
So some form of firewall is desirable but it needs to be
adjusted to prevent blocking of file and printer sharing
on your internal network.

You definitely need to have the public (Internet facing) interface
firewalled. You can also open required holes in your firewall on all of
your local netowrk machines to enable file and printer sharing as well.

Hanks, guys, hepled. :-)
