I am not computer savvy. I recently purchased a new
computer (with Win XP Home) to replace my aging laptop
(Win 98).

I have a Linksys wireless router/hub(I think) connected
to a cable modem for Internet Access.

I would like to establish a small network to share files,
share printers, etc. I'm in over my head. Please help.

Run XP's Network Setup Wizard on each computer, and tell it that the
computer connects to the Internet through a "residential gateway",
which is its name for your router. The Wizard will make all the
necessary settings:
