My home network is all messed up and I can't find a way
to remove it and start over. I have two PCs connected via
netgear phone line adapters. Both PCs are running XP Home
Edition. Troubleshooting says everthing is working
properly. Devices are working properly. Broadband
connection is properly configured. Norton firewall has
been properly configured. Only one problem. The network
doesn't work (even though I can see the other computer.

Any suggestions on how to wipe this out and start over?

Have you updated windows using live update? If not, it's
one of the first things to try. Next, disable your
firewall temporally.
