When I try to put the UNC path for a new users home
folder I get an error that says: This home folder cannot
be created because: Unspecified Error. Then I click ok,
then if I click ok again it asks if I want to give this
user full access to the folder. I click OK but if I look
at the security permissions on the user's folder they do
not have permissions. What's up??

Are there spaces in the UNC path?

Are there any event log entries? How are you creating the users? Do you
have full control over the root folder where your profiles are stored?
