home edition floppy disk boot

it tells me i dont have sp1 inst on my win xp home edition
which i need to be able to boot from floppy disks to use
cd rom as boot. help please
 
If you are using the Windows XP setup disks,
make sure you have downloaded the correct set of setup disks.

If your have a Windows XP CD with SP1, you need to download
the setup disks for use with the Windows XP SP1 installation CD.

If your Windows XP installation CD does not include SP1,
use the setup disks for the "original release" of Windows XP.
