We are knee deep into our AD/Win2K (SP4) server rollout
and have begun to experience Home drive mapping failures.
While we had some minor related issues in smaller sites we
are now seeing a much larger failure rate. We are not
doing anything fancy: we create the AD object and in the
profile assign Drive letter = H: and
\\servername\users$\username matching the last to the
object name... This fails intemitantly across the board,
the user can manually map to the directory and script
mappings to other sharepoints is successful.
ANY IDEAS, POINTERS, SAGE ADVICE taken!
