Look up Soft Banking Lite and Ace Money Lite. Both have pre-defined
categories that are easy to customize.

Thanks Bob....I have tried Ace Money Lite and I do not like it. Too hard
to print the kind of reports I want. I will look at the other one now

I believe so - it's been mentioned in ACF before. You might try a search

I didn't try it. But i take this from the page:
