How do I setup a new default for my internet browser. I
attempted to change my default by going to internet
options>general tab. I typed the new address on the
default tab but after I apply this change nothing
happens. When I click the default button the address I
just typed is not there. Any help would be appreciative.

Also, how can I change the color of the internet explorer
background? The area where the pull down menus are
located and all the buttons (history, home, favorites,
etc).

The Use Default button resets it to Microsoft I believe. The Use Current
takes the Web page displayed address and inserts it. In order to keep what
you type into the Address: field then you have to click Apply.

It is called "wallpaper" and one of the IE tools that I downloaded does this
but I can not remember which one it was.
