home addresses in contacts not appearing

Similar concern. When I endeavor to print an envelope to an individual contact (where the home address is checked as the mailing address), the business address appears? What needs to be done to have the home address appear after you have selected the individual contact for the envelope?
 
You need to post your Outlook version and mail support mode for us to
answer.
