It's true -- the holidays file that came with Outlook 2000 only included
holidays through the year 2002, and none of them are recurring (the file
just included separate holiday occurrences for each year). Re-adding the
holidays from the old file just creates duplicates of the past years'
holidays, as you have seen. Your choices are to either download and install
an updated holidays file (see
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/holidays.htm) or to just make the existing
holidays recurring yourself, so you never have to worry about getting
updated holidays files in the future.
For Easter, and any other holidays that don't repeat in a simple pattern,
you'd have to check the Internet for future dates and just create these
holiday events manually. That's what I did. Here's a site to help you with
