Holidays vs. Recurring Events

We have a rather odd problem. Is there a way to mark holidays in such
manner that, when scheduling recurring events, these days are skipped.

For example:
Set 12/24, 12/25, 12/26 as no work/holidays.
Schedule a recurring event, to begin 12/18 - week days only - endin
within 6 days.

Is there a way to set this so that the end date is 12/30 - rather th
12/25?
