I used outlook to "add Holidays" into calendar and there are holidays that
should only show up for one day that show up for two. Dyration says one.
Father's day is example shows up for two days fri saturday. Is it possible
that the hours for the default holidays are wrong, if you it says 12:00 -
12:00 that should mean only one day right.

Usually, that's correct. You have a problem, though, if the DST and time
zone settings in Outlook's Calendar don't match the same settings in
WIndows' clock.

So how do I find out?

First, in Outlook, click Tools>Options>Calendar Options>Time Zone. If your
locality adjusts for DST, check the "Adjust for daylight saving time" box.

Then, double-click the clock in your System Tray and click the Time Zone
tab. Make sure the DST checkbox at the bottom matches the one described
above: either both checked or both unchecked, delending on your locality's
convention.
