holidays are not showing up in the calendar

Holidays for 2006 are not showing on the calendar, have downloaded the
recommended update but they still do not show up. When I try to add holidays,
I receive a message stating they are already added. How do I get them to show
up? My version is Outlook 2002, according to help - holidays go to 2005.
