Holiday updates 2005-2012

Outlook only supports public holidays to the end of December 05. The update
to 2012 (KB910619) was supposed to be available yesterday but still comes up
as unavailable. Does anybody know when they will be accessible? TIA.

Does anyone have an ETA on the update yet? My users are going stir crazy,
and driving me crazy.
 
1) Where will the updates be when they are ready?
2) Will they work with Outloook 2002 (which I am unfortunately stuck with by
company policy)
