'hole' - whatever that is!?

Garry

When starting my computer, I get the follwing message

'Hole has encountered a problem & must close. Sorry for
any inconvenience.'

Doesn't seem to do anything unusual, although IE is
slow. I'd be really grateful for any help. Feel free to
email me. Thanks Garry.
