Hold Emails at the Server with Outlook 2007

how do I 'hold emails' at the server when I am out of town... similiarly I
did this with the old Outlook Express and viewed/deleted emails from another
location...

Open the account (look in tools, account settings),click on more settings
button and look on the advanced tab.
