I would like to add attachments in the body of an email, but it always go to
the header. Are there any settings I have to change?
Outlook 2003 with SP3 is installed on all workstations, but only few of them
can add attachments in the body rather than in the header.
Thanks for your help in advance.

HTML and Plain Text format messages will _show_ the attachments below the
subject and above the body. Rich Text format messages will _show_ the
attachment within the body at the point of insertion. Two things, however:
one, notice that I emphasized "show". Just because the attachment looks to
you as though it were in the body, it's not. It's physically attached at
the END of the message. exactly as for the other two formats. Outlook
merely includes an icon for the attachment at the insertion point. Two,
only other people using Outlook will be able to see your attachments. If
you need to send something to a person who does not use Outlook, then stick
to Plain Text or HTML.
