Ho do you remove "Shortcut To" Nomenclature?

I know this is an easy one, because I've done it in the past, but have
forgotten where to access this feature...

How do I tell Windows XP to create a shortcut without the stupid "Shortcut
to" in front of the shortcut? I create shortcuts to network locations by
right-click-dragging the file onto my computer then selecting "Create
Shortcut", but I HATE the silly "Shortcut" nomenclature that is
automatically created at the beginning of each shortcut.

Any help is appreciated!

Download TweakUi from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp - when installed go to: Programs>Powertoys for Windows XP>TweakUI - then click on 'Explorer' - scroll down the list on the right hand side - uncheck 'Prefix "Shortcut to" on new shortcuts'.
