I have a strange problem. On this website
http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/links.php why am I seeing HTML code in my
IE6 browser?

Why is it strange? It's showing you the code that is relevant to the links
to add to your web site.

One of two causes, a hacker gone through and deface the website or a
co-worker forget to close a <tag> ///// </tag. and the code is been read
by browser as text.
Also as Tom said this the code provided for developer to use it on their
website and provided to copy and paste into your HTML, I didn't have a look
to it to be honest.
